Getting a Refill for your Prescriptions

In Person
For in-person refill questions, patients should bring the information needed to identify the prescription and confirm coverage when applicable. The pharmacy team can review refill status, timing, pickup expectations, and whether additional authorization is required.
Over the Phone
For phone-based refill questions, patients can contact the pharmacy with the prescription number or medication details if available. The team can explain whether the refill can proceed, whether follow-up is needed, and how the patient will be notified when the next step is ready.
Online
Patients may be able to start a refill request through the pharmacy’s available contact or online workflow. The pharmacy team can then review the prescription details, refill status, timing, and whether prescriber authorization or follow-up is needed before the medication can be prepared.
New patients who want Community Care Pharmacy to manage an eligible prescription can contact the pharmacy about transfer support. The team can help explain what information is needed, what may require prescriber authorization, and what pickup, coordination, or follow-up options may apply.
